She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Strain Wolcott and Bruce Neff; her daughter Barbie Jo Neff; and her siblings, Ruth Gerow, Jack and Millard Wolcott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Preston (Richard) of McLean, NY, Tammy Welch (Ronald) of Stroud, OK and Vicki Jordan (Mike) of Freeville, NY; and her sisters, Edna Bivans and Marion Meade. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
