He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Whitmore and Gladys Grant Whitmore; and his wife Eleanor L. Whitmore. He is survived by: his children, Roger M. Whitmore (Darlene) of North Carolina, Lee L. Whitmore (Cindy) of Argyle, NY, Fred J. Whitmore (Siri) of Dryden, NY, Neil E. Whitmore (Janina) of Phoenix, AZ and Marilyn E. Ostafew (Stryker) of Albion, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Sibbitts, John Wolfe, Maurice Loucks (Marilyn) and Jannette Ricalton. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
