He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Cleveland and Anna Searles Cleveland. He is survived by: his wife Terri Sue Starr; his brothers, Michael Cleveland (Renee) and Terry Cleveland (Elizabeth); his aunt Lulubelle Jett; his nephew Jon Cleveland; his niece Jamie Cleveland; his parents-in-law, William Harvey Starr III and Virginia Starr; his sister-in-law Laurie Starr; and his nieces, Jillian Smith and Lillian Dean. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mark's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
