She was predeceased by: her father William Berkefeld Jr.; and her grandparents, William Sr., Elizabeth Berkefeld and Catherine Olski. She is survived by: her cousin Amy Slack; her close friend Christopher Hines of Marathon, NY; her mother Helen Berkefeld; her sons, Thomas and William Berkefeld; and her half-brother Spencer Berkefeld of New Jersey. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
