She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon A. Oltz and Elosia Oltz; her husband Clifford Hill; her brother Fred Oltz; her stepmother Bette Oltz; and her stepbrother Vernon Underwood.
She is survived by: her children, Priscilla I Hill and Keith M Hill (Suzanne); her brothers, Melford Oltz (Peg) and Hollis Oltz; her stepsisters, Janet Miller (Howard) and Fran Enders; her sister Beth Wilcox (Scott); her grandchildren, Bradley Barnes, Amanda Barnes and Mitchell Hill; and her great grandchildren, Janaya, Jordan, Bria, Creed and Brinley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Danby Community Church (1859 Danby Rd, Ithaca, NY 14850). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A reception was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
