It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Terwilliger of Dryden, New York, born in Cortland, New York, who passed away on May 31, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Audley Strickland; her husband Norman Terwilliger; and her sister Gail "Dolly" Maassen. She is survived by: her mother Mary Forsyth Strickland of Candor, NY; her children, Sherry Erxleben (Chuck) of Freeville, NY, Norman Terwilliger (Martine) of Freeville, NY and Karen Compton (Rob) of Brooktondale, NY; her grandchildren, Rachel Laughlin (David), Daniel Terwilliger (Erin), Adam Terwilliger (Maggie) and Andrew Sherwood; her great grandchildren, Mason Laughlin and Caleb Terwilliger; her pet Sassy; and her siblings, Kenneth Strickland (Bonnie), Dale Strickland (Eileen), Martha Krebs (Frank) and Charlotte Shaw. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
