He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Hopkins and Margaret Gargaro Hopkins; his former wife Shirley Heath Hopkins; and his brother Chuck Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Susan Little Hopkins; his children, Spring Tennant (Gary), Scott Hopkins (Susan), Ellen Pace, Elaine Tryon (Kent) and Kelly Hopkins; his stepchildren, Christine Norton (James) and Eric Reardon; his grandchildren, David, Christopher, Daniel Clapper, Justin Higgins, Tim Hopkins, Danielle Simmons, Brian Tryon and Jared Pace; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley and Zachery Norton; and his brother Richard Hopkins (Beverly). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
