With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Ann Butts of Dryden, New York, born in Cortland, New York, who passed away on April 16, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Judith leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Judith may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Butts and Jeanne Fuller Butts; her brother Donald Butts Jr.; and her brother-in-law Loren Ellis. She is survived by: her siblings, Ronald Butts (Laurie), Linda Ellis and Suzanne Phillips (Rick). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to either Tompkins or Cortland County SPCA.
