It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Henry Carr in Dryden, New York, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Janice; his son Jerry Carr; his grandchildren, Brittany Carr, Guilouse Bush and Dakota Bush; his great great grandchild Little Fig; his brothers, Paul, Bert (Maureen), Donald, Charlie (Eleanor), George and Raymond Carr; and his parents, John M Carr and Mary Carr (Philips).
He is survived by: his granddaughter Kristie Carr (John Gregware); his great grandchildren, Ariel Nelson (Ethan), John Moran, Rochelle Crispell (Kyle), Caden, Melana, Lillie, Noah Gregware and Pa's; his sons, Jeffrey Carr (Michelle), Jamey Carr (Robyn) of South Carolina and James Carr (Kelly) of Greene; his grandchildren, Jonathon Carr, Daniel Carr (Bridgett), Daniel Bush (Megg), Nicholas Carr, Lisa Rowe (Brad) and Matt Carr; his great grandchildren, Braylee, Dylan (Abbey), Grace, Macaylah, Adison, Adialeze, Lyla, Bentley, Anna and Rory; his great great grandchild Ava; his siblings, Betty Sellers (Del) and Lenny Carr; his pet Buddy; his close friends, Frank, Joe and Ken of Pennsylvania; and also, Kolton Crispell and Lance Dopp. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Chenango County Hospice or a local 4-H or FFA program in your area in honor of both John and Janice Carr.
