He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Canfield and Lucia Canfield (Hoagland); and his brother Donald Canfield. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his sons, Duane (Stephanie) and Daryl (Amy); his grandchildren, Evan (Erika), Bradley (Marlena), Derrick (Brooke) and Brittany (Nick); his great grandchildren, Hailey, Kendyl, Rowan, Hannah and Elysia; and his sister-in-law Donna Canfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
