He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Milligan and Viola Milligan (McGraw); his son Arthur Frederick Milligan Jr.; his brother Lester Milligan Jr; and his great grandchild Vanessa Sturges.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Milligan; his daughter Joan Milligan; his grandchildren, Charles Sturges, Cheryl Scott (Raymond), Brian Gaffney (Lauren), Dennis Gaffney (Jennifer), Katie Gaffney-Thompson (Nathan), Timothy Gaffney and Heather Gaffney; and his sisters, Gladys Di Raddo, Margo Bonner and Ellamae Seeley. He is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren, 19 Great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
