He was predeceased by: his wife Hilda; his brother Carroll Welker; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Welker and Carl Hansen. He is survived by: his children, Mary Lou Hessney (Jack) of Penn Yan and Paul Welker (Eileen) of Clifton Springs; his siblings, Karen Payne (Dave) of Penn Yan and Dale Welker of Branchport; his sister-in-law Marge Welker of Georgia; his grandsons, Bradley, Ryan and Seth Welker; his nieces and nephews, Susan Niedzialek (Justin), Steve Payne (Jennifer), Mike Payne (Missy), Jeff Welker (Sandy), Debbie Sutherland (Bryon), Brian Welker (Dennis) and Kim Wise (Phil); and his close friends, Dave, Ted, Butch, Mary, Bill, Peg, Dee, Janet and Jeanette.
