He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Austin Couch and Mildred Edna Dolan; his stepfather William Donaldson; and his sister Marilyn Donaldson. He is survived by: his siblings, Lois Couch of Gloucester, MA, Elizabeth Lader of Liberty, NY, Scott Donaldson of New Paltz, NY and William Donaldson; his children, Melissa Andreotti of Goshen, NY, Julie Maloy (Christopher) of Pine Bush, NY, Tricia Saverino (Jason) of Cape Coral, FL and Aaron Couch; and his grandchildren, Kailey Couch, Eleni Andreotti, Chloe Saverino, Ryan Maloy, Mark Andreotti and Patrick Maloy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
