He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Wilbur; his sister Betty Bell (Harry) of Delhi; his sons, Mark Wilbur of Delancey, Tim Wilbur (Kathy) of Downsville and Rick Kelly (Kathy) of Statesville, NC; his grandsons, Kevin (Joanna) of Delancey, Scott Wilbur (Macy) of Delhi, Jason Wilbur (Amanda) of Glenshaw, PA and Benjamin Wilbur (Hannah) of Van Etten; and his great grandchild Barrett Wilbur.
