With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Norman Webler of Downsville, New York, who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Webler and Nellie Johnson Webler; his wife Joyce Doig Butcher; and his siblings, Edward, William, Gerald and Lois.
He is survived by: his children, Fay Atkinson (Ken) of Bradenton, FL, Melody Alexander (Steve) of Indianapolis, IN, Keith Webler (Mary Ellen) of Fall River, MA and Tory Webler (Denise) of Walton, NY; and his stepchildren, Stacey Mattson of Downsville, NY, Mark Butcher (Julie) of Downsville, NY, Rebecca DeBarros (John) of Paradise Valley, AZ and Robert Butcher (Lisa). He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
