He was predeceased by: his parents, Arland Baxter and Lucille Baxter (Soules); and his brother Lonnie Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Judith Baxter; his children, Brenda Charles (Barry), David Baxter and James Baxter (Betseylynn); his grandchildren, Heather Fidler, Jeremy Charles, Krista Baxter, Nick Baxter (Alison), Justin Baxter and Daniel Baxter; his great grandchildren, Hailey Fidler, Charlie Fidler and Emily Fidler; and his siblings, Carol Winters and Robert Baxter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
