It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R. Mills of Downsville, New York, born in Walton, New York, who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Mills and Isabelle Mills (Knapp); his stepdaughter Sharlene Winder-Smith of Ellenville, NY; and his siblings, Floyd Mills (Reginald), Clark "Cork" Mills, William "Bill" Mills, Thomas "Tom" Mills, Bridget Mills, Eugene "Gene" Mills and Sandra "Sandy" Elmore.

He is survived by: his siblings, James Mills (Goldie), Roxanne Bartolillo (Mike) of Downsville, Terry Allen of Downsville, Mickey McClenon (Pat) of Downsville and Tracey Wilson of Downsville; his stepdaughters, Shirlee Winder of Oneida, NY and Sandra Hill of Manchester, NY; his granddaughters, Samantha, Sonya and Sabrina; and his close friends, John Grecco, Brian Becker, Doug Fitch and Misty. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
