It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William S. Parker (Dover Plains, New York), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marie E. Parker and Joseph E. Parker; his siblings, Dorothy, Hugh, Leslie, Bernard and Joseph R. Parker; his children, Malinda, William Jr., Mary, Lisa, Abigale Parker and Reginald Norflett; his grandchildren, Angel, Taeshia Norflett, Joshua Hapeman and Royal Parker; and his great grandchildren, Noah and Davin Hapeman.
