She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Mayes and Catherine Mayes (Coughlin); her husband Irving G. Sniffen; her son George Sniffen; and her siblings, Carol Flood and Raymond Mayes Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Sniffen (Susan) of Brewster, NY, John J. Sniffen of Patterson, NY, Nora Sniffen-Wekerle (Richard) of Danbury, CT, Carole Mill-Smith (Edward) of Patterson, NY and Tammy Sniffen of Dover Plains, NY; and her sisters, Deborah Mayes of Pawling, NY and Nancy Nelson. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
