She is survived by: her spouse Lynsley J. Chatfield; her children, Burton Foshay of Dover Plains, Joseph of Nevada, Thomas Foshay of Nevada, David Foshay of Florida, Elaine Ferno of New Milford, CT, Holly Cestone of Dover Plains and Sheri Eng of Washington State; and her siblings, Fred Carter, Jr. of Willet, NY, Barbara Russo of Danbury, CT, Gertrude Carter of Bethel, CT and Ruth Mallark of California. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
