He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Merlo and Concetta Merlo. He is survived by: his wife Lillian B. Edgley; his children, JoAnn Dubois of Dover Plains, Joseph Merlo of New Fairfield, CT and Sebastian Merlo, Jr. (Michelle) of Dover Plains; and his grandchildren, Jesse DuBois, Alexandrea Merlo, Sebastian Merlo III, Ashley Merlo and Joshua Merlo. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
