She was predeceased by: her parents, Caleb Smith, Sr. and Mary Smith (Schaniel); and her brothers, Caleb Smith, Jr. and John Smith. She is survived by: her close friend Paul Wood of Dover Plains; her children, Leland M. Wood, Jr. (Jennifer) of Dover Plains, Julie Brown (Joseph) of Dover Plains and Angela Glynn (Stephen) of Dover Plains; her stepson Rory Wood (Beatrice) of Kenduskeag, ME.; her brother Robert Smith, Sr. (Carol) of Patterson, NY; and her grandchildren, Erin, Megan, Abbey, Laurel, Emily Wood, Ashlee Harris, Branden, Zachary Wheeler, Michael Wood, Tosha Emerson and Matthew Glynn. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
