He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Thompson and Dorothy Thompson (Phillips). He is survived by: his friend Tom Foley; his wife Christine Thompson (Kelly); his brothers, Gary Thompson of Albuquerque, NM and Donald Thompson of Canton, NY; his children, Kelly-Jo Benzel (Nate) of East Otto, NY, Cory Thompson (Alice) of Champlain, NY, Nikomi Thompson of Dunedin, FL and Samantha Culligan (JP) of Amenia, NY; his grandchildren, Samantha Benzel, Matthew Benzel, Kadie Benzel, Colton Culligan and Everly Culligan; his great grandchild Aubree Finlayson; and his pet Cali. He is also survived by his several nieces and cousins.
