He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee James and Marbra Deveau (Bubier); and his brother James Deveau. He is survived by: his husband Frederick P. Gabriel Jr.; his sons, Samuel of Warren, CT., Jeremiah of Warren, CT., Caleb of Warren, CT. and Elijah Gabriel-Deveau of Warren, CT.; and his siblings, Daniel Deveau of Rochester, NY, Edward Deveau of Pompano Beach, FL, William Deveau of Palm Bay, FL and Marbra Lee Bishop of Evensville, TN..
