Chouinard of Dover Plains, New York, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on June 8, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father George A. Chouinard; and his nephew Harrison Dayton. He is survived by: his mother Betty Pratt Chouinard of Oakville, CT; his close friend Lynne Flanagan of Dover Plains, NY; his sister Cynthia Dayton (Richard Dayton, Jr.) of Oakville, CT; and his nephew Rafael Dayton.
