He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Watkins Sr. and Anna Chaleski Watkins; and his son Christopher. He is survived by: his friends, Ian and John; his sister Patty Watkins Pippa; his nephew Randy Pippa (Elizabeth); and his great-nieces, Madison and Makenzie Pippa.
