He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hattie Welk (Kipp) of Dover Plains and Otto Welk; his wife Debra Fromm; his daughters, Lisa Blake of Dover Plains and Tiffany Mabie (Jason) of Northport, FL.; his brother Gilbert Recchia of Tavares; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Morgan, Jayden and Austin Mabie; and his sister Pattiann Springer.
