She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rudolph and Matilda Novak (White); her husband Arthur W. Forbes; her son-in-law Fredrick Murphy; and her siblings, Donald, John R. Novak, Helen Pitcher, Marie Brady and Agnes Novak.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur W. Forbes, Jr. (Cynthia) of Charleston, SC and Patricia Murphy of Dover Plains, NY; her grandchildren, Justin and Heather Forbes; and her great grandchild Nathan Forbes.
