He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Scudder; his close friend Luke; his children, Tina L. Berlinghoff (Wesley) of Amenia and Thomas E. Wormell (Jessica) of Saugerties, NY; his granddaughters, Abigail Murphy (Hunter Hawks), Krista Murphy (Richard Robinson) and Jenna Wormell; and his great grandchildren, Huxley Hawks, Stella Robinson and Hawks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
