He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Leonard; his son Brendan Hamilton (Mary); his grandson Jack Hamilton of Trumbull, CT; his son Patrick Hamilton of Dover Plains; and his siblings, Sean Hamilton (Brenda) of Brewster, NY, Patrick Hamilton (Nancy) of Burlington, CT, Maureen Hamilton of Hartwood, VA and Patricia Corey (Brian) of Poughkeepsie, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hufcut Funeral Home (3159 NY-22, Dover Plains, NY 12522). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (39 E Main St, Pawling, NY 12564).
