She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Havelka and Frances Salkoski Havelka; her brother Charles Havelka; and her sister-in-law Carol. She is survived by: her husband Ronald W. Piper, Sr. of Dover Plains, NY.; her children, Ronald W. Piper, Jr. (Christine) of Copake, NY., Robert Piper (Brenda) of Copake, NY., Richard Piper (Debra) of Greenwich, CT. and Pamela Piper (Joseph Bellofatto) of Copake, NY.; her grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Alexa, Ricky, Jr., Jeana, Anna of Ronald, III. and Stephen; her brother Stephen Havelka; her sister-in-law Paula of Brant Beach, NJ; her caregivers, Sally, Kim, Ann and Liz; and her pet Cali. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
