He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ljiljana; his children, Aleksandra Tomich (late David Dusan), Misha Thumsuden, Dragana Lisonek (Nenad) and Radmila Knezevich; and his grandchildren, Alexandra Lisonek (Andreja Jovic), Andrew Tomich and Marko Lisonek.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Serbian Orthodox Cathedral of Saint Sava, 16 West 26 Street, New York, NY 10010.
