She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Ciurleo and Guiseppe Ciurleo; her husband Domenico Fazzolari; and her siblings, Domenico (Theresa), Luigi (Rosa), Rocco (Silvana) and Artilio (Stella Ciurleo).

She is survived by: her sons, Rocco (Rosa), Joseph (Cathy) and Pasquale Fazzolari; her grandchildren, Alessandra, Domenick, Domenico and Isabella Fazzolari; and her sibling Guiseppe (Marianna). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
