He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Koch. He is survived by: his spouse Violetta Mascia Koch; his children, Madeline, Marcia Ann and Alfred Robert Koch III; his daughter-in-law Monique Koch; his grandchildren, Alexander and Olivia Koch; and his brothers, Henry, Richard Koch and Edward.
