She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mowers and Louisa Mowers (Cool); her brothers, Dean Mowers (Betty) and Bob Mowers (Irene); and also Edward Cigale, Jr. (Bunk).
She is survived by: her children, Lynne Lyon (Richard) of Oppenheim and Brad Polivka (Joanne) of Rome; her grandchildren, Erik Avery (Antonia) of Oppenheim, Melaine (Evan Hinkel) of Rome and Jacob Polivka of Rome; her great grandchildren, Erika Avery of Oppenheim and Matthew Hinkel of Rome; her sister Marcia Cigale of Flowery Branch, GA; her nephew Dillon (Stephanie) of Dolgeville; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Abel, Macie and Tristyn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Miller-Plonka Funeral Home (30 Wolf St, Dolgeville, NY 13329). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
