He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Fazio and Helen Fazio (Minicozzi). He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Fazio; his son Larry James Fazio (Sarolta Krisztina Fazio) of Asheville, NC; and his siblings, Nicholas Fazio (Theresa Fazio) of Utica and Shirley McClinnis (Steven McClinnis) of Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
