It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Blackmar (Dobbs Ferry, New York), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney L. Teachenor and Nelle Teachenor (Cazadd); her husband Arthur F. Blackmar; her former husbands, Charles J. Duda and William R. Roane III; and her son James Roane.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen and Robert Roane; and her stepchildren, Robert Duda, Joanne Blackmar Kratz and Randy Blackmar. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
