It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Okarma (Dobbs Ferry, New York), born in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on July 2, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Theodore leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Theodore may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his nephew Brian Slota. He is survived by: his friend John Maccia; his sister Anka Saglimbeni of Glen Oaks, NY; his nephews, Sebastian and Victor; and his grandchildren, Vanessa Hirsch, Joshua, Hannah, David of Danbury, Amanda Hall, Abby, Kayla and Parker of Bedford Hills. He is also survived by the friends and neighbors.
