He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Ciafone and Ursula Ciafone; his brother Frank (Claire); and his aunt Mary Cascio. He is survived by: his wife Angela Pelliccio; his daughters, Teresa Ann Moran (Christopher) and Nicole Ciafone Shryock (Stephen); and his grandsons, Kyle Salvatore and Jake Thomas Shryock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Eastchester Volunteer Ambulance Corps (EVAC), Dobbs Ferry Volunteer Ambulance Corps (DFVAC), or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research are preferred and appreciated.
