Heaven has gained another angel. Maria Vagueiro born on December 10, 1939 to Minervina and Augusto in Bahia, Brazil passed away surrounded by her family on June 29, 2023. She was a warrior until her final breathe and will be deeply missed by the masses.
She was one of 13 Children. She met her husband Manuel in 1961 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. They got married in 1962 and immigrated to the United States, devoted wife for over 61 years. Her three daughters, Isabel (fiancé Bob), Marly (deceased) and Elizabeth (m. Carl) had the honor of calling her mommy but she was mother to thousands. She was the glowing Vóvó to her 6 grandchildren Michael (m. Vanessa), Manny (deceased), Matthew, Dylan, Jason and Carli.
Maria and Manuel helped dozens of people migrate to the US for better opportunities, not to mention hundreds of other countless selfless acts Maria accomplished in her lifetime. She will be deeply missed by anyone who crossed her path as she was truly an angel on earth.
