He was predeceased by: his parents, Saul Grover and Phyllis Grover of Santa Fe. He is survived by: his wife C. Jean Grover; his children, Jake Penner, Andrew Penner, Priya Penner and Sarah Grover; and his sister Jennet Grover of Santa Fe, NM. He is also survived by cousins and extended family.
