George Hazzard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2025, George Hazzard (Dobbs Ferry, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hazarian and Asghen Hazarian; and his sister Agnes Uzzo. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Elisa (Chris), Nicole (Mark), Alison (Marc) and Dana; his sister Virginia; and his grandchildren, Grant, Lauren, Brendan, Megan, Riley, Valentine, Donovan, Georgi and Nico.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home (64 Ashford Ave, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522). A Mass was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Gregory the Enlightener Armenian Church (1131 North St, White Plains, NY 10605).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to one of his favorite charities, St. Jude or Tunnel to Towers. The family has chosen to send donations to St. Jude Children's Research HospitalDonate Now (https://www.stjude.org).
