She was predeceased by: her parents, Toby Solazzi and Hilda George Solazzi; her husband John "Jack" Walter Jr.; her son John Walter III; her daughter-in-law Mary Ellen Petrone Walter; and her grandson Brian Walter.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Walter Rago (Kenneth) of Croton, Michael Walter (Linda) of New Rochelle, NY., Robert Walter (Patricia) of Somers, NY and Lisa Walter Calicchia (Joseph, Jr.) of Yorktown Heights, NY.; her sisters, Joyce Solazzi Shay (Russell) of Dunellon, Florida. and Arlene Solazzi Sepik (Robert) of Dunellon, Florida.; and her grandchildren, Timothy J. Rago (Kima), Michael Walter Jr. (Daniela), John Albert Walter, Brittney J. Walter, Lauren A. Rago, Joseph J. Calicchia, Lindsey A. Calicchia, Austin C. Rago, Gianna L. Calicchia and Jack Walter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
