He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughters, Micki, Robin and Mandi; his sons-in-law, Michael and Evan; his grandchildren, Nick, Rebekah, Gabe, Ethan, Maddie and Justin; his great grandchildren, Alex, Riley, Levi and Theo; and his sisters, Sheri and Jayne.
