He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Dermott, Clare, Susan (Chitranjan) and Mary Castiglia (Anthony); his grandchildren, Alexander and Kiran; his siblings, Theresa and William; his wife Dorothy; his sister Peggy; and his parents, Mary and PJ. He was also cherished by parents, siblings and in-laws.
