With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Young of Dickinson Center, New York, born in Massena, New York, who passed away on October 25, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Richards and Thelma Richards; and her son John. She is survived by: her husband Charles Young; her children, Pamela Caster (Victor) of Colton, NY and David Young (Heather) of Syracuse, NY; her grandchildren, Nathan Caster (Brittani), Dustin Caster, Alexander Young, Madison Young and Jennifer Moseley (Brian); her stepgrandchildren, Griffen and Gabriella David; her great grandchildren, Owen, Benjamin Moseley and Maliah Caster; and her sisters, Darlene (William) and Sharon. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Sandra's memory to The Almanzo Wilder Homestead located in Burke NY or Shriner's Hospital To the caring and compassionate ICU staff and her doctor at Alice Hyde Memorial Hospital.
