He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George D III and Beverly Soulier III (Pearson); his wife Arlene Loibl; his stepmother Mary Troulliett of Bude Mississippi; his parents-in-law, Edmund and Edna Loibl of Fort Covington; his siblings, Tommy Sparks (Debra) of Reserve Louisiana and Betty Celino (Chris) of Mississippi; his sister-in-law Jolene Soulier of Glendale Arizona; and his pets, Rascal, Gizmo, Mickey, Peanut, Midnight and Digger. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
