He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo Parker and Shirley Parker (Rockwell); his wife Bonnie L. Parker; his siblings, Mary Lawrence (James), Sandra Mooney (David), Ron Parker (Sue), Dexter, David Parker (Linda), Donald Parker (Val), Dan and Dennis Parker; his brother-in-law Tim Hills; his nephew Timothy Morrow; and his close friend Richard "Dick" Wallace. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children Hospital or the Town of Lyme Parks and Recreation.
