He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Bullard and Mary M. Bullard (Bowdion); and his wife Ann M. Weston Bullard. He is survived by: his children, Roy L. (Alice Bullard, Jr.) and Theresa (Bruce Shelander); and his stepchildren, Mary LaSage, Sandra, Dan Roshia, Charles, Jennifer Weston and Pillar Point. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
