She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Jock and Louise Jock; her husband Anthony DeCilles, Sr.; and her siblings, Arnold, Daniel, Hubert, Ivan Jock and Mabel Granger.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony DeCilles, Jr. of Watertown, NY, Peter (Deborah DeCilles), Mary Myers of Dexter, NY, Thomas (Jean DeCilles), David DeCilles of Massena, NY, Brian (Tammy DeCilles), Kevin (Grace DeCilles) and Kathleen (Andrew Skelly); and her sister Hazel Bero of Hogansburg, NY. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rosetta's memory may be made to Immaculate Conception Church or the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart.
